- Solid understanding of the court ecosystem and how to market within it
- Understanding of criminal justice products and technologies
- Honesty and integrity
- Ability to effectively communicate SCRAMx benefits and differentiators
- Genuine enthusiasm for representing SCRAMx and its ability to make a difference
